Enquiry information

The website enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. Information is sent only when you choose to send that email. Vector Mars may use the details to respond, prepare quotations, check products and coordinate supply.

Quote lists and local browser data

The Elmich shop prepares an itemised enquiry. It does not take payment or create an accepted order. Product selections are used to prepare the contact-page enquiry and are not presented as confirmed stock.

Documents and attachments

Do not send passwords, payment-card data or unrelated personal information. Project drawings and BOQs may contain confidential material; send them only when you are authorised to do so.

Technical data

The hosting provider may process standard request data such as IP address, browser details and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Any future analytics or direct form-processing service must be added to this notice before activation.
